Our area

The parish of Aldwick with its' Royal association, is situated approximately 2 miles west of Bognor Regis and 6 miles south of the historic walled city of Chichester, with it's Roman Heritage, Cathedral, and world famous Theatre.

With racing at Goodwood (both Motor & Horse) and Fontwell, sailing and boating from Chichester harbour, excellent local Golf Courses (4) and miles of safe beaches.

There are also many areas of historical interest and outstanding natural beauty, including Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and Bird Sanctuary, Bosham, Itchenor and Dell Quay natural harbours and a plethora of pretty villages with traditional pubs hidden in the interwoven country roads of the south downs. Within easy motoring distance are the historic towns of Petworth, Arundel and Midhurst and many National Trust properties.

The royal association is principally with the Aldwick Bay Estate and the Craigweil Marine Estate which both border the sea and are situated in a peaceful lightly wooded setting. Properties are predominantly detatched, offering style and character in private and secluded settings with exclusive access to sequestered beaches. Many other desirable properties can be found in the very close villages of Nyetimber and Pagham.

There are good local shopping centres close by at Rose Green and Coastguards Parade. More comprehensive shopping facilities exist at nearby Bognor Regis and Chichester.

Schools for all ages and a variety of restaurants and public houses are within walking distance.
