Coastguards Estate Agents was established in May 1987 to specialize in the sale of quality property in the Aldwick/Craigweil area. From inception it was decided not to deal direct or recommend a mortgage service. The purity of our advice is therefore untainted by considerations of outside sources of income.
Coastguards is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents and the Ombudsman Scheme.
The Director responsible for the daily operations at Coastguards Parade (and also a co-founder) is Ken Feek. He is ably supported by Mrs Sandra Ross who has also been with the company since inception. In 1990 we started a letting/management service, which currently manages some 70 properties in the area under the daily control of Mick Goodrum, who is also a Director.
It is an old cliché to say that we pride ourselves on providing a personal service, but it is nevertheless true.
